Heshmat Alavi

I am an Iranian activist with a passion for equal rights, pinpointing my work on Iran and the Middle East. In addition to Forbes, I have contributed writing to The Hill, The Federalist, The Daily Caller, Al Arabiya English, Raddington Report, American Thinker, The Gatestone Institute, Algemeiner and The Diplomat. My work covers a wide variety of issues concerning Iran’s state sponsorship of global terrorism, controversial ballistic missile drive, atrocious human rights violations and the contentious nuclear program. I also provide a unique perspective on subjects the media unfortunately does not, including Iran’s domestic politics and social crises Iranians are facing. I am in contact with sources that provide credible information about the mullahs’ regime in Tehran, their crackdown inside the country and warmongering abroad.
